At Archies Footwear, we want you to walk with absolute comfort, which is why we offer a 60-day comfort guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your fit or style, you can return or exchange your items within 60 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your footwear for a different size or color, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

  Pack and Label

  Place your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your return at our warehouse.
